yp999 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to yp999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the user" or "player") and yp999 ("the platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of yp999.win and the yp999 mobile app, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay and withdrawals.

By creating an account on yp999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If there is anything here you do not understand or do not agree with, please do not register or continue to use the platform.

yp999 makes no claims about holding any Pakistan government licence, regulatory approval or official government endorsement. These Terms represent the rules we set for using the platform, not a statement of regulatory status.

2 Eligibility

To use yp999 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. yp999 is strictly an adults-only platform. We may ask for age verification at any point and will close accounts where the age requirement is not met.
• You must be registering as an individual and for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary restriction that would prevent you from gambling on any platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether you have the legal right to use this type of platform in your location, it is your responsibility to find out before registering.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it up to date. Providing false details, including name, age or contact information, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

yp999 reserves the right to decline registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at any time and without advance notice.

3 Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold one account on yp999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different details — is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your account details with anyone. yp999 will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact yp999 support immediately.

Account Verification

yp999 may require you to verify your identity, address or payment method at any point. This is standard practice across the industry and helps protect both players and the platform. Verification requests must be responded to within the timeframe given. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting yp999 support. Any pending bets will be settled normally before the account is closed. yp999 may also close accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits

All transactions on yp999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and cards. The available payment methods are displayed on the deposit page of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using someone else's account or card — are not permitted.
• yp999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in gameplay for an extended period may be subject to account review. Any applicable inactivity conditions will be communicated to the account holder in advance.
• yp999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing systems, network issues or your payment provider's own processing times.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Available withdrawal methods are shown in your account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or payment methods registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• yp999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary depending on the payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take additional banking days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where account verification has not been completed or where a transaction review is required. yp999 will notify affected players as soon as possible.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed on funds derived from a bonus. See Section 6 for details.
• yp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where there are security or fraud concerns.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

yp999 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms say otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before it can be withdrawn as real money. The requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer details.
• Bonuses are intended for one account per person, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• yp999 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where a promotion is ended early, any bonus amounts already credited to accounts will remain valid under their original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on yp999 — including slots, live casino titles and bingo — operate using random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Results are determined independently for each round or spin and are not influenced by previous outcomes.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game, yp999 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player accounts. This applies to slots, live casino and bingo games.
• If a game or feature is found to have been incorrectly configured — resulting in an error in odds, payouts or bonus calculations — yp999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected accounts accordingly. Players will be notified where this occurs.
• Participation in any game constitutes acceptance of that game's specific rules, which are available within each game's interface or help section.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, software exploits or collusion is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

8 Sports Betting

The yp999 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 Internationals and domestic Pakistan matches — alongside football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where yp999 specifically offers a cash-out feature on an active market.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed on each market.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is accepted. For live in-play betting, odds may change rapidly and the odds shown when you submit a bet may differ from those at the exact moment of acceptance — if the difference exceeds an acceptable threshold, you will be prompted to accept the updated odds.
• yp999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds was clearly the result of a technical or human error that is obviously at odds with fair market pricing.
• Bets on events that are postponed will be treated according to the specific rules for that sport and competition, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• Match-fixing and placing bets based on inside information are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

yp999 takes player wellbeing seriously. The platform provides tools that allow every registered player to manage their gaming activity in a way that keeps it enjoyable and within their personal means.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts to notify you how long you have been actively playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account — from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer break from the platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period ends.

10 User Conduct

By using yp999 you agree to behave in a way that is fair, honest and respectful towards other users and yp999 staff. The following are prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots or any technology to interact with games, place bets or scrape data from the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or support staff via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you are not authorised, or attempting to interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Providing false information in any communication with yp999, including support requests and verification submissions.

Breaches of conduct will result in account suspension. Serious or repeated breaches will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

11 Privacy

yp999 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account and deliver the services on the platform. This includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay history and communication logs.

Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, provide customer support and comply with any applicable obligations. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

yp999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control — including internet outages, payment network failures or force majeure events.

• yp999 is not liable for financial losses beyond the amount deposited in your account at the time of any incident.
• yp999 is not responsible for decisions made by individual players about how much to stake or which games to play. Responsibility for gameplay choices rests with the player.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Changes to These Terms

yp999 may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details before the changes come into effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
