Having Trouble Logging In?
Most login problems have a straightforward fix. The common ones are below.
Forgotten Password
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. The reset link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
Forgotten Email Address
If you are not sure which email address you registered with, try any addresses you regularly use. If you still cannot get in, contact yp999 support with your registered phone number and full name — the team can help verify your account identity.
Account Temporarily Locked
Multiple failed login attempts in a short period will temporarily lock an account as a security measure. Wait a short while and try again, or use the password reset option to set a new password and unlock access.
Login Not Working on the App
Make sure the yp999 app is updated to the latest version — older versions occasionally have session handling issues. If the problem continues, try logging in via the website at yp999.win and then switch back to the app once logged in.
Account in Self-Exclusion or Cooling-Off
If you set a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed until the period ends. This is by design — the restriction is firm and cannot be reversed mid-period. For a cooling-off period, the account reopens automatically when it expires. For self-exclusion, there is a deliberate waiting period after expiry before reactivation.
